Professional Building and Pest Inspections is a family owned business with over 22 years’ experience in the building industry. We provide professional building inspections across Greater Western Sydney including Penrith, the Blue Mountains, the Hawkesbury and Windsor. We specialise in pre-purchase building and pest inspections with fast, detailed reports. Our clients include residential property buyers, vendors, conveyancers and solicitors.

As a family-owned business, we have one highly trained inspector rather than dozens of less experienced inspectors, so you’re guaranteed of getting an expert opinion. One of the big things that sets Wayne apart from other building inspectors is that he is a licensed builder with over 22 years hands on experience in the building industry, so he has the experience, knowledge and expertise. Wayne started as an apprentice carpenter, became a tradesman, then completed his licensed builder qualification to become a licensed builder. Wayne has successfully run his own building business in the local area since 1999. He has built new homes, renovated and extended homes, knocked down and rebuilt homes and he has bought and sold many homes.
