It is a legal requirement that the relevant inspection agreements are read and understood by the client prior to the inspection being carried out.

Refund Policy

A cancellation fee will be charged if the inspection is cancelled by the client or the client’s representative within a 24-hour period prior to the confirmed inspection date. Cancellation fees are 50% of the nominated inspection fee.
